What different types of ants can we remove

• Odorous House Ants: Known for their coconut-like smell when crushed, these small brown ants thrive in moist areas, often found in kitchens and bathrooms.

• Pavement Ants: These brown to black ants create dirt mounds in cracks on sidewalks and driveways, often invading homes through foundations.

• Pharaoh Ants: Tiny, yellow to reddish-brown ants that form large indoor colonies, particularly in heated buildings like apartments and hospitals.

• Carpenter Ants: Large, black or red ants that tunnel through wood to build nests, often leaving behind piles of sawdust in walls or attics.

• Little Black Ants: These tiny black ants are attracted to food and often invade kitchens, leaving long trails across countertops.

• Ghost Ants: Very small and pale, ghost ants are tricky to spot but can be found around moisture-prone areas like sinks and bathrooms.

Quick way to tell what ants  you have:

• If it smells weird when you crush it: Odorous House Ant.

• If it’s nesting under cracks and sidewalks: Pavement Ant.

• If it’s super tiny and yellow: Pharaoh Ant.

• If you see sawdust piles: Carpenter Ant.

• If it’s tiny and black: Little Black Ant.

• If it’s tiny and almost see-through: Ghost Ant.
